The Konsultasyong Sulit at Tama package, a primary care benefit under PhilHealth that gives members access to free basic outpatient services. After registering with an accredited Konsulta provider, members can get consultations, certain laboratory tests, health screenings, and selected medicines at no direct cost within the package. It is aimed at early detection and management of common conditions before they become serious. Coverage is for outpatient primary care, not hospitalization. Registration is done with a chosen provider. Included services and provider availability are subject to the latest rules/guidelines.
