OFW

The Philippine Overseas Labor Office, now often referred to as the Migrant Workers Office (MWO), is the labor arm of the Philippine government stationed in countries with many OFWs. It verifies employment contracts and employers, assists workers with labor complaints and welfare concerns, and provides support in cases of abuse or distress. OFWs can seek help there for contract issues, repatriation, and other on-site concerns. It works with the embassy or consulate and the DMW. Services, locations, and procedures are subject to the latest rules/guidelines.
