Lilipat ng Manila para sa trabaho, sulit ba talaga?
Taga-Bacolod ako, lumipat ako Manila 6 years ago. Totoo yung sinabi mo, halos maubos yung double salary sa gastos. Nag-share ako ng condo sa 2 officemates para mura yung rent (7k share ko), nag-baon ako ng lunch, MRT/jeep lang. Pero heto yung hindi kita agad: yung exposure at network sa Manila mabilis mag-compound. After 3 years, yung skills at connections ko dito, nag-double ulit sweldo ko, remote na ako ngayon at nakabalik na sa probinsya na malaki sweldo. Yung Manila years ko, investment yun sa career. Sulit kung short-term mindset ka: 2-3 years grind, then leverage.
