Renting a Condo in BGC: How Much Should I Budget?

I'm planning to rent a condo in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) for my work. I've seen some listings online, but I'm not sure how much I should budget for rent, utilities, and other expenses. Can anyone share their experience on renting a condo in BGC?

I've been living in BGC for 5 years now, and I've seen the rent prices go up over the years. Currently, the rent for a studio condo can range from PHP 28,000 to PHP 38,000 per month, while a 1-bedroom condo can range from PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000 per month. As for utilities, I pay around PHP 10,000 to PHP 15,000 per month, depending on my usage. I think it's best to budget at least PHP 50,000 to PHP 70,000 per month for rent, utilities, and other expenses.

I rented a 1-bedroom condo in BGC last year, and I paid PHP 35,000 per month for rent. The utilities were around PHP 8,000 to PHP 12,000 per month, depending on my usage. I also had to pay for parking, which was around PHP 5,000 per month. Overall, my monthly expenses were around PHP 48,000 to PHP 52,000.

I'm a newbie in BGC, and I'm still looking for a condo to rent. I've seen some listings online, but I'm not sure which one to choose. I've heard that some condos have additional fees, such as association dues and parking fees. Can anyone tell me more about these fees and how much I should expect to pay? I've also heard that some condos have promotions or discounts, so I'd like to know more about those as well.

I've been renting a condo in BGC for 2 years now, and I can tell you that the rent can range from PHP 20,000 to PHP 50,000 per month, depending on the size and location of the unit. For a studio unit, you can expect to pay around PHP 25,000 to PHP 30,000 per month. As for utilities, I pay around PHP 5,000 to PHP 10,000 per month for electricity, water, and internet.
