Currently, the rent for a studio condo can range from PHP 28,000 to PHP 38,000 per month, while a 1-bedroom condo can range from PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000 per month. As for utilities, I pay around PHP 10,000 to PHP 15,000 per month, depending on my usage. I think it's best to budget at least PHP 50,000 to PHP 70,000 per month for rent, utilities, and other expenses.

For a studio unit, you can expect to pay around PHP 25,000 to PHP 30,000 per month. As for utilities, I pay around PHP 5,000 to PHP 10,000 per month for electricity, water, and internet.
