Paano ba talaga computin ang 13th month pay?
First job ko to at hindi ko gets kung paano makuha yung 13th month. Nag-start ako ng March, so hindi ko buong taon natrabaho. May kokolektahin pa ba ako o wala? Tapos, taxable ba yung 13th month? Kailangan ko malaman para ma-budget ko yung Pasko.
